There are five different condominium complexes at Northstar™: Aspen Grove, Gold Bend, Indian Hills, Ski Trail, and Village.Each complex has varying size units, floor plans and locations.
Following are descriptions of each complex and locations with floor plans of each size unit.

ASPEN GROVE CONDOMINIUMS are located below the Village at Northstar™. In Winter it is possible to ski back on an ungroomed trail or take the shuttle bus. In Summer you can walk, drive, or take the bus to the Swim and Racquet Club and to the Village. Units have a Townhouse floorplan.
